Shideh, thanks for these interesting book comments. By the way, I was wondering how old you were when you left Iran, or were you born in the UK?

Hi Melanie, glad you liked it☺️ I moved to the UK three years ago when I was 32♡

Thanks, Shideh. I think you must have already known English well in Iran. 🙂I admire you for making such a big move.

They are from the heart. 💙 So, my story is longer, with only one big move within the same US state I was born in and grew up in: NY. It was a town near New York City. I went northwest to go to university, liked it better up here and stayed. Now retired, in mid-70s. Sometimes age doesn’t matter when you find good people who love cats, books, and coffee! My family was Jewish but not religious. I appreciate people of many backgrounds.

I'm glad, Shideh! 😄 By the way, I am about 2/3 finished reading "Outline," after your comments on it. Very, very interesting!

Thank you, you’ve motivated me to read this. I think we have a responsibility to try to understand people from all cultures, every race, every gender preference, just the world in general. It’s how we find peace and comfort, from the realization that there’s so much in common good, decent people have everywhere.
